Moving in and out – Block A – Garden side

To move in and out of the concerning apartments in the interior side of the garden a specialized procedure has to be respected.

For these apartments a crane has be to rented to place a lift into the interior garden where all heavy furniture can moved upwards with.

 To preserve the common areas of the building and minimize disturbances for residents, the use of the external freight elevator is mandatory for any move-in or move-out involving the transport of bulky or heavy items (furniture, appliances, etc.).

The use of the indoor elevator for these types of moves is strictly prohibited.

The user of the freight elevator is responsible for the safety of the moving operations and the resident.

Please note that when reserving a lift and/or crane, a request has to be done to block the parking spaces in front of the residence in the street with the commune of Anderlecht

The tenant is responsible for arranging and financing their own move and moving company. We recommend planning this in advance to ensure a smooth transition.

The responsibility lies with the tenant, and Home Invest Belgium is not liable for any consequential damage or other problems caused.
