Movings are carried out from outside (on the street) by using a (moving) lift and may not be done under any circumstance via the residential lifts in the residence.
Please note that when reserving a lift a request has to be done to block the parking spaces in front of the residence in the street with the commune of Saint-Gilles.

The tenant is responsible for arranging and financing their own move and moving company. We recommend planning this in advance to ensure a smooth transition.
The responsibility lies with the tenant, and Home Invest Belgium is not liable for any consequential damage or other problems caused.
