To arrange the move, you can contact the municipality to have an area on the street or large car park reserved for the apartment/window. Provided the municipality agrees, you can have an external lift or moving company come to the reserved area to load/unload.
The street has two-way traffic. For this, traffic should be diverted with additional traffic signs if necessary. Traffic changes/diversions should also be requested from the municipality of Leuven.
The municipality of Leuven will provide a plan in case of an accepted application and you can then hire the traffic drills from an external company or the municipality of Leuven for 1 or more days (depending on the application). It is also possible to make the application to the municipality of Leuven to see if they can possibly place the signs.
