Move-out fee

You may see a Move-in/move-out fee charge on your invoice. This is a fixed fee that is charged as set out in your lease contract, part B, article Common charges of the building.

This one-time cost covers small damages and supplementary cleaning of the common areas after move-ins or move-outs.

Please note that specific move-in/out instructions for your building must always be followed and that larger damages may be charged to you directly, regardless of this fee.
