The Horizon features four guestrooms that can be booked if you have friends or family staying over. This article explains everything in detail!

House rules

The guest room can only be accessed by making a reservation through the HOMI Tenant App. After making the reservation, the guestroom will be accessible from 15:00 on the day of the first night's stay until 12:00 on the day of departure as stated in the reservation confirmation email.

The user of the guest room guarantees not to cause any (noise) nuisance in the residence during his/her stay and guarantees not to cause any night-time nuisance between 22:00 and 8:00.

The main user of the guestroom must be at least 18 years old.  The guestroom is accessible for a maximum of 2 persons.

The person who made the reservation via the MyHorizon platform is responsible for the reservation, the use of the guestroom and the persons staying within the guestroom during the entire stay.

It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the guestroom. Should this happen, then cleaning costs of €250 will be charged to the tenant.

Bed linen & towels are provided in the guestrooms. Cleaning/shower products are not provided during the stay.

The minimum stay of the guestroom is 1 night, the maximum stay is 3 weeks (21 days/20 nights).

The tenant/user keeps the guestroom clean. If this is not respected, a penalty of €250 will be applied, After use, the guestroom must be left swept clean and waste disposed of in the appropriate containers.

Access to the guestroom is granted via the tenant's badge(s). No additional badges will be issued for the person staying in the guestroom.

Damage to movable property belonging to the owner must be reported immediately to Home Invest Belgium by the users. Home Invest Belgium is not liable for damage, loss or theft of users' property. In case of disputes, all (legal) costs will be borne by the users.

Rates

The reservation fee is € 85,00 per night per guestroom. If the rates would ever change, then this will be clearly visible in the booking process in the Tenant App.

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation by the tenant more than 48 hours before the start of the reservation, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded. In case of cancellation by the tenant less than 48 hours before the start of the reservation, no refund will be possible.

A cancellation should be requested through email, chat or phone.

Subletting

When making the reservation, the tenant agrees not to sublet the guest room or other communal areas. If the tenant sublets the common areas, administrative penalties and possible immediate termination of the rental agreement are possible.
