Fitness space

Your building features a fitness space. Please take into account these house rules.

• The fitness is open daily from 06:00 to 22:00.
• When entering, wearing appropriate shoes and the use of a towel is mandatory.
• The user is obliged to clean the equipment after use.
• The fitness is only accessible to persons over 18 years of age.
• Use of the equipment/apparatus is entirely at your own risk. Home Invest Belgium cannot be held liable in case of accidents.
• In case of damage/theft, costs will be charged to the tenant. In case the tenant cannot be recognized, the cost will be charged to the common charges. We therefore count on your solidarity with your fellow tenants.
• Smoking & eating is not allowed in the fitness area.
• Glass bottles are not allowed.
• Home Invest Belgium is not liable in case of loss/theft of personal belongings.
• Please do not occupy the equipment after the end of your exercise.
• It is forbidden to use the machines in any way other than their original purpose.

In case of non-compliance with these rules, access to the common areas may be denied.

Home Invest Belgium reserves the right to close the fitness at any time, without any notice.
