Fitness area

The fitness area of the residence can be found on the 1st floor of the residence of block A and can be used by all tenants. The access is granted by badging on the badge reader on the door of the fitness. You can find the house rules of the fitness underneath:

• The fitness is open daily from 6AM to 10PM. 
• When entering, wearing appropriate shoes and the use of a towel is mandatory. 
• The user is obliged to clean the equipment after use. 
• The fitness is only accessible to persons over 18 years of age. The manager and the lessor cannot be held liable in case of accidents. 
• Use of the equipment/apparatus is entirely at your own risk. Home Invest Belgium is in no case liable in case of accidents. 
• In case of damage/theft, this will be recovered from the user (which can be identified through his badge). 
• Smoking & eating is not allowed in the fitness area. 
• Glass bottles are not allowed. 
• Home Invest Belgium is not liable in case of loss/theft. 
• In case of non-compliance with these rules, access to the common areas may be denied.  
• Please do not occupy the equipment after the end of your exercise.   
• It is forbidden to use the machines in any way other than their original purpose.  
• Home Invest Belgium reserves the right to close the fitness at any time, without any notice.
