Before forwarding the intervention to our technicians, we appreciate it if you can confirm:
- Location of the problem
- Clear description of the problem
- Any photos of the current state
- Any visible error messages (if applicable)
Upon receipt of these details, we will proceed to request the intervention to our technicians.
Please note that an intervention may incur costs, depending on the origin of the problem.
Costs borne by the tenant
Depending on the administrative region of your apartment building, costs for maintenance or repairs may be at the tenant's expense. You can find all relevant information in the attachments below.
