The Skylounge and communal terraces are open from 7:00 to 23:00.
After each use, the Skylounge and communal panoramic terraces must be left in an impeccable and clean condition. Each tenant is responsible for their use.
Reservations
If you want to use the Skylounge for a small private event, you can book the space using the HOMI Tenant App.
In case a part of the Skylounge is reserved (side of the vending machines) during a certain period, the tenants will take this reservation into account and will leave the space concerned, in order to allow the person who reserved the space to enjoy the exclusive use of that space during the period concerned. This does not prevent the free passage of the other tenants. The tenant who reserved the Skylounge will be held responsible for its maintenance, cleaning and any damage.
After use, the Skylounge must be left broom clean and waste disposed of in the appropriate containers. A reservation of more than 15 people should be notified via the address solutions@homeinvest.be.
The tenant/user keeps the common parts clean as mentioned in the general terms and conditions, in case this is not respected, a fine of € 250 will be charged to the tenant.
In case of using the Skylounge after 23:00, a fine of 250 € + a supplementary rental fee of € 30 per hour will be charged to the tenant. The person making the reservation via the HOMI Tenant App is responsible for the reservation, the people present in the Skylounge and must be present at all times during the reservation.
Pets are not allowed.
Home Invest Belgium is not liable for damage, loss or theft of users' property. In case of disputes, all (legal) costs are for the account of the users.
Rates
Access to the Skylounge is free of charge. To privatise the space, an hourly rate of € 30 per hour is applied. If the rates would ever change, then this will be clearly visible in the booking process in the Tenant App.
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation by the tenant more than 48 hours before the start of the reservation, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded. In case of cancellation by the tenant less than 48 hours before the start of the reservation, no refund will be possible.
A cancellation should be requested through email, chat or phone.
Subletting
When making the reservation, the tenant agrees not to sublet the Skylounge or other communal areas. If the tenant sublets the common areas, administrative penalties and possible immediate termination of the rental agreement are possible.
Cleaning
In some cases, a cleaning fee is applicable when privatising the space. This fee will automatically be added during the booking in the HOMI Tenant App.
